NOTE - Holiday Closure
Please note that our shipping department will be closed from Friday 17th November until Wednesday 29th November 2017 inclusive for a Staff Spring Break, all orders placed during this period will be held over until the 30th November 2017 and shipped with a complimentary upgrade to EXPRESS POST on their return.

Standard Flat Rate Shipping
All orders with our standard Flat Rate Shipping are generally processed within 48hrs of receiving your order. Aromatherapy Jewellery Australia holds the right to allow a minimum of seven working days (from date of payment confirmation) to ship your purchase. In addition, if your order will require longer than seven working days to be shipped, you will be contacted by one of our friendly team regarding the appropriate details.
Orders for multiple articles will be shipped as one combined parcel once payment for all transactions has been received. Orders which feature a combination of in-stock and pre-order products will be dispatched once all items are available in-stock.
Aromatherapy Jewellery Australia will ship both domestically and internationally via Australia Post only.
Domestic Shipping (Australia): All domestic orders are dispatched via Australia Post only.
Flat Rate Postage: All transactions sent via Australia Post's Satchel Post service and are exclusive of insurance. If you wish to Insure your order Australia Post's Insurance covers the customer for both loss and damage for the value of the goods (excluding shipping) and also includes tracking. We have a variety of Postage Options available for our customers to choose from at checkout. Please Choose carefully as we will not be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged if you failed to pay the appropriate postage fee
Flat Rate Express Post: Need your order in a hurry? Australia Post's Express Post service offers guaranteed next business day delivery within the 'Express Post delivery network'. We have a variety of Express Postage Options available fro our customers to choose from at checkout. Please Choose carefully as we will not be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged if you failed to pay the appropriate postage fee.
In Addition please note that we do not always manage to lodge our packages at an Australia Post Facility (Flat Rate Postage) items and we may lodge your package in the nearest Australia Post Postage Bin at our location. If this is the case then you item may not track until it reaches your delivery area. With this service we will NOT accept any liability for loss or damage and we ask that you consider all of the above before choosing which service you wish to pay for when ordering from us.
If you pay for "Signature on Delivery" or "Insured" these items will lodged at an Australia Post facility and should track once lodged.
International Shipping (Worldwide): All international orders are dispatched via Australia Post's International Air Mail Service only.
Free Postage Offer (Australia):
Offer is only valid for Australian buyers only, posting to any of the states and territories of Australia.
The option for free postage will automatically be enabled once your cart total is above 3 kg in weight.
All orders eligible for the Free Postage Offer will be shipped via Australia Post’s Standard Satchel Post service and excludes Insurance. See above for our terms in regards to loss or damage to items.Postal Insurance:
All items dispatched domestically (within Australia) do not included insurance, we have several postage options available at checkout including an option for you to select to INSURE your purchase for the value of the goods only. Items dispatched Internationally (outside of Australia) do not include insurance. It is advised that International customers consider the option of sending their order with insurance. Rates for insurance can be supplied by contacting us via E-mail or phone.
Aromatherapy Jewellery Australia does not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged of your order if Insurance has not been purchased or if you choose or Flat Rate Postage. Please bear this in mind before committing to a purchase on our website (the cost of the insurance is minimal and will protect you against loss or damage in the unfortunate event something happens to your purchase). It is better to be safe than sorry no matter the value and we certainly encourage Insurance if you order is of a large value.

It is important that any new or existing customers wishing to create or amend their address or account information ensure that any details supplied or amended are correct. This includes, correctly spelt names, street addresses, house / unit numbers, P.O. Box numbers, post codes, contact phone numbers and e-mail addresses.
