Directions:
Bath: add 3-5 drops of essential oil to a full bath before immersing yourself in the warm water

Burner: add 5-6 drops of your essential oil to a burner dish or vaporiser for a subtle scent
Diffuser Necklace or Lava Bead: add 2-3 drops will last for about 3-5 days then re-apply
